Meet Shae & Ryan

We are real estate professionals that will exceed your expectations. Our backgrounds are in construction and interior design. Ryan owned a construction company and Shae has been a professional interior designer for years. Together we own vacation/nightly rental properties in the Table Rock Lake/Branson area and we have done many remodels. We do much more than open doors and write contracts – our well rounded backgrounds make us a great resource for your selling, buying and investing needs.

Having moved from Chicago, Ryan and Shae have a great appreciation for the natural beauty, peace and quiet afforded by the Ozarks. We love the Branson area because there is so much to do! The folks are friendly and all and all we feel safe everywhere we go. We are so grateful to raise our children here and to live near Table Rock Lake. We take great pride in assisting people with their real estate needs in the Ozarks. We work in the Table Rock Lake, Branson and NW Arkansas territories.

Shae Duffy, the creator of Duffy Homes, has a bachelor’s degree in interior design and owned her own design consulting business in Chicago before relocating to the Ozarks with her husband, Ryan and their family. She is an experienced agent that is often referred to as a “go getter”. In addition to being “SuperMom” to 3 beautiful children, Shae is trusted and highly recommended in the famed Table Rock Lake Group on Facebook. She knows the market very well and can get creative in tough situations.

Ryan Duffy was a Chicago fireman for 9 years and served for a year as a building inspector before relocating to the Ozarks where he started a construction business specializing in new homes and renovations. Ryan never stops! He’s licensed in both Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and is our team’s expert in new builds and developments. Ryan is a marketing genius with a wealth of knowledge in STR investment and development.
